Description: Here's another PARKER SONNET in the Cisele pattern, all sterling silver body, gold filled trim and date marked 4th quarter 2011. This is a third generation Sonnet pen that has been previously owned but never used or inked and stored in a pen case. This is the Sonnet Cisele as modified in 2003 with the narrower cap band and other minor modifications. Pen is in flawless condition in every respect. The cap band is marked (logo) PARKER, SONNET, FRANCE, U. Above the band and within the design (PHOTO 8), there are 2 additional marks, the French mark P/W in a diamond, and one other, a 925 mark, hard to see in the photo in photo 6 but quite visible under glass. In the photo they can barely be seen in the 6th and 8th rows directly to the left o the vertical line from the F in France. The pen is equipped with a working piston converter. The nib is a mono-color PARKER, 18K-750 and the diamond P/W mark. It's a good straight fine point and with significant flexibility. This nib has the modified cross hatch design of the later models with the an arrow pointing up from below the crosshatching. . Great pen. No box or paperwork with this pen.
