May come out with dry cleaning but small to my point of view and a non distracting flaw. Purchased from the maiden lane store in San Francisco and in excellent shape. You have to watch these pillows and the tassels tend to shed occasionally- if you have had these you know what I mean. 18 x 22 inches. NO insert due to shipping costs prohibitive.
