Description: Display or play! Here is a very nice vintage 3-PW set of PowerBilt Citation Forged Muscleback blade irons. These are the circa 1986-1988 model. The 3-9 have True Temper Dynamic Gold S300U stiff steel shafts. The PW shaft does not have a shaft label but feels stiff. The irons all have nice playable Golf Pride Tour Wrap grips. I believe the lofts, lies and lengths are standard, with the 5-iron measuring 37.75 inches. These irons show light to moderate use and proper care. There is only a little yellowing from chrome wear on the faces and soles. The faces, grooves and leading edges are in good shape. A few years back I did just a little Dremel work on the leading edges to clean them up. These irons show all the great craftsmanship of the era, with scoring line markers, knurled hosels, multicolor ferrules and nice stampings of PowerBilt with a lightning bolt, and Citation in cursive on the back. The multi-tier muscleback is vintage PowerBilt, with a slight flange and a middle tier that peaks out near the toe. Shipping to continental US only.
