Description: Rare Ditmar Urbach Czech Alienware Two Handle Vase 10992 (1930s) A fabulous vintage 1930's two handle vase by the famous Czechoslovakian potter Ditmar Urbach. It is a glazed orange with a black iridescent finish. From Ditmar's Art Deco period (1920's - 1930's). This period's pottery is referred to as "Alienware" by U.S. collectors - probably due to the often the unusual color combinations, shapes, and uniquely textured glazes that have an "other worldly" appearance. Wonderful addition of a rare & collectible Urbach vase to your vintage pottery collection or give it a special gift - please see pictures. There is a small flea bit or manufacture flaw on the bottom...hard to notice (see photos). Display stand not included. ====================== All sales are final.
