RARE! Norman Rockwell Figurine and Plate, 'Uncle Sam Takes Wings' with COAs

Description: This Norman Rockwell full figurine and plate set is a rare find for collectors of American culture. The set comes with both Certificates of Authenticity, the plate's COA is still sealed in the envelope. Norman Rockwell is a renowned American artist known for his depictions of American culture. The figurine is one of a limited edition of 7,500. There are few areas with yellowish tint- don't know if it was painted on or not (see pictures). It was made in Wales and is still in the original Styrofoam container. Figurine measures at about 7" tall. The plate is one of limited edition of 18,000. It was made by Royal Devon in USA. the plate is about 8 1/4" in diameter and is still in it's original plate box.
