There are several mineral springs in the area, and from 1827 until 1922, taverns and hotels were located at Crab Orchard Springs. The Crab Orchard Springs Hotel was located on the Knoxville Branch of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad, at the Base of the Cumberland Range of Mountains. Very good condition.
