He is definitely worn and needs some work, but I think his imperfections add to the vintage and Halloween feel. He stands 24" tall. He moves. See video. The lantern does not light up. It may only need a new light bulb. The jacket has a tear and the shackles are rusted. Perhaps they can be changed? He's also a little dirty and the wire has glue on it. Make your best offer.
