Description: We are offering for sale this VINTAGE and RARE Chinese vase with beautiful butterfly decorations. We estimate that the piece was made in China for the Western market sometime in the 1950s and/or 60s. As mentioned, the vase is decorated with butterflies and it seems to depict their life cycle. The vase is also hand-painted and has a rough texture, like that of sandstone. The piece is about 12 inches tall and 6 inches wide at its widest part. While the vase does have some condition issues associated with its age, it is in great conditional overall.
