Ok, so you don't like fresh air, the Osprey 9 will be your favorite companion in the kitchen too!The Osprey 9 is made from Sandvik 14C28N Stainless Steel, 14C28N offers a high level of toughness, stain resistance, edge retention and possibly most important, it is fairly easy to sharpen. A knife away from home is no good if you can't put a field expedient edge on it! The blades are stonewashed for an easy to maintain finish. There are 3 colors of G10 handles to chose from, and the handles can be easily removed for cleaning. We include a no B.S. a ambidextrous kydex sheath with a 1.5" belt/pocket clip, not some flimsy edge cover! Designed by Chris Linton, a full time RMJ crew member. He's also a damn good knife maker, he runs his own company, Osprey Knife and Tool.
