We can date this watch with very good precision, a watch is made in the year 1924, which means that the watch is about 100 years old and it is still in very good working condition, just has been serviced by a professional watchmaker and work very accurately. In full winding, the watch works for about 36 - 37 hours.This watch was winded up over 10 times and it works until the completion of the entire course of the mainspring, so I can confirm that the watch runs very precisely and showed no defects.This watch looks and works very well, I think that every collector would love to own it, or can be a very good present.Now I will divide this watch into categories. The case: The open face solid gold case (9 Karats) of this watch is in very clean and good condition, there are no dents or scratches on the case and covers, for sure there are no serious injuries from dropping or impact.Very tight and pretty covers, like the watch, just coming out from the factory.There are no signs, inscriptions, or any type of personalization anywhere in this case.The glass is absolutely no scratches on it and it is real glass what it should be.EACH AND EVERY ELEMENT OF THIS POCKET WATCH CASE HAS A STAMP FOR 9"375" SOLID GOLD.On the inside of the cover on a gold case (FIRST BIG ONE), there are inscriptions " A.L.D" "375" and "ANCHOR " which show us that the watch stamps on the case are made in Birmingham.There is also a letter "Z" that shows us the year of made 1924, and the number "9" shows us the purity of gold, 9 karats, and the serial number.Inside of the middle cover (dust cover), there are inscriptions "Dennison watch case Co LTD REGULAR – BRITISH MADE" showing us the manufacturer of the case, also, there are ”9,375" and serial numbers.The crown is gold-tone onion style, very tight good working order, the bow is very tight and also in perfect condition.The serial number of the case is: 277127 The movement: I can safely say is rarely seen as a well-preserved movement.Nothing has ever been repaired on that movement, all in original condition.The movement is completely cleaned and oiled, it works very well and has been tested for a period of time and shows very good results. The regulator is in the middle where it should be after service. The movement is a composite of 1 main plate, 1 bridge, and 4 cocks one cock that holds the balance wheel, a bridge that holds the mainspring, and third, fourth - they hold gear wheels and they all create the movement of the watch.To clean it every one part was disassembled, cleaned, and oiled, then placed back very precisely.The watch movement runs slow for about 4 - 8 seconds every 24 hours which is a very good achievement.
