There is only minor issues, like fading of the gold/paint and very mild general wear. Please see all photos. This was made in 1893, I believe earlier in the year, because at some point the name was changed, as was the rare sticker (both versions are actually rare) to Burley & Company. The backstamps also indicate the year was 1893 from Royal Worcester because they used a letter system and the letter U, is for that year. The price reflect the condition, the rarity in general, but also, the super rare sticker that's on the bottom, from the historic Chicago / IL family owned Burley & Tyrrell / Burley & Company. On the internet I cannot actually find this exact sticker, it my be documented elsewhere. A similar sticker considered to be rare is though, so this one seems to be even rarer. PRICE too HIGH?
