It's made of aluminum with a metal handle and is in working condition. There is surface rubbing and scratches, and some rust on the handle. Please examine the photos for cosmetic condition, as they are also part of the description. Height is 4-1/4" at the front, 3-3/8" at the back (handle) side; diameter is 3-7/8".
