Vern Hippensteal (Nov 6, 1948-) Gallery is located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee and is part of the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community. Vern Hippensteal is a local native to Gatlinburg. Vern has this Gallery and a Bed and Breakfast located off of Camp Smoky Road in Gatlinburg where he actually serves at! The Tipton-Oliver Cabin is located in Cades Cove, in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Jackie Stevenson built the house for Col. J. W. H. Tipton, a descendant of early Cades Cove pioneers.
