NOTE: There is some wear to the painted flowers and gilding. Very nice Staffordshire hand-painted Handled plate. The handles have embossed scrolling on each side. This measures 9 3/4" Wide Handle to Handle x 9 1/4" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this plate.
