When turned on, his arms move, a song plays and his candle lights.The motion works well but is a little noisy (see video).It appears that the previous owner had taped some fake snow on the base. There is still some tape residue and remnants on the base. Otherwise, it has some aesthetic wear but is in overall good used condition.The original box is included but has significant wear and tear.
