Original Pictorial boards, green back with gilt and black decoration, gilt text block edges, 244 pages plus 32 pages of ad's.. Fully illustrated in black and white. Very Collectable book, also listing 'Life and her Children' by the same author. This book is in a decent near good condition, stains, marks and wear to boards, spine darkened, corners bumped and worn. Internally free front e/p and half title page missing, some gutter cracking and pages section 97 to 112 loose, also both e/p's cracked with rear board sloppy. Otherwise clean with no notations. All my books are from my personal collection and are of interesting topics or history, plus there are some classic fiction works and poetry. Please see all images as they form part on the condition.
