These are extremely rare Issues and impossible to find. The Postal Bell is an official publication of the Japanese American Philatelic society, organized in 1939. They cover all topics of Japanese postage stamps and more. In 1969 there was only 168 members, my dad was one. With such a small group and a limit number of issues printed makes them extremely rare impossible to find. This is a must have for the Japanese Philatelist who wants it all.
