It appears that the front end page and title page have been torn out. There are signs of age or wear through cover/spine fading, soil/rub soil/scuff marks/staining/watermark staining, spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, scuffs, or scratches, page edge light soil/watermark fading, edge nicks, and yellowing/browning of pages. The lower page edges have fading...the fading or staining extends to pages about 1/16 to 3/32". The front cover lower edge has a portion chaffed away with staining around. Notable wear/rub to the spine corners...a couple have small splits. Hinges are visible in front. This book measures 8" x 5 7/16" x 1".
