All 5 Part Number all interchange with each other. Switch works in ALL Trucks from 1989 to 1995. Tacoma Trucks from 1995.5 to 2000 4Runners from 1990 to 1997 Rav4s from 1994 to 2000. I have lots of these switches. You are getting one like in the photo. Some button faces show more use then others, but function just fine. A lot of Chinese sellers are abusing eBays seller location policy. HUGE red flag is that last photo above that shown the Stars and stripes USA or that Stars & Strips globe.
