Description: Two Hole Gorget, 2.3" at the widest. North Central Alabama. A gorgeous gorget, SUPER thin and absolutely perfect. Material is an orangish-red silt or clay stone, one side is slightly exfoliated but not pitted hardly at all, it's still smooth. All edges are finished and rounded. There are shell deposits in both holes and one side. No humps in the material, piece lies perfectly flat on either side. No brainer authentic, 90% of the gorget listings I looked at are reproductions. This is the real deal, all this guy's stuff is authentic. From a collection out of Decatur, Al. Guaranteed ancient and unaltered for life. I am a 25 year plus member of CSAS, GRAS and GIRS archaeological societies. Fast shipping, will combine for multiple purchases whenever possible.
