Description: Two Original Lithographs of Indigenous Peoples of the Americas by Max Slevogt Two authentic, fascinating lithographs by the famous European artist Max Slevogt. One graphic depicts 5 men as they jump into a river for an attack. The other shows a western lady citing from a book (probably the Bible) to Native Peoples. Both have been professionally mounted and are in very fine condition. Size, each: 24 x 19 cm ( 40 x 30 cm incl. matting). Max Slevogt (8 October 1868 – 20 September 1932) was a German Impressionist painter and illustrator, best known for his landscapes.
