Starting with Clinton, the mint started issuing medals for the 2nd term for presidents that won two terms. Clinton, George W Bush and Obama have both, their 1st term and 2nd term medals included with this set. The Joe Biden medal has not been issued yet, and most likely will be in 2025, after his term is complete. This set is seldomly offered in it's complete form, as the US mint now charges $20/ea for the president medals and currently only offers about 16 different medals from the set (which would cost over $320, just for those 16, nearly $1000 if they offered all).
