Description: Petrified Wood from the Mineral Belt in Western Colorado. This a nice specimen of Petrified Wood that has been carbonized in a fire. Possibly "Firestone". Look closely to see the actual petrified charred sections. Some calcite on surface. Some Pictures of specimen while wet. Super Rare! Very hard. Nice color! Will polish nicely. Around 1.5 inches thick. 5.0 ounces. Ruler is in inches. Look for more specimens from the same tree in my other auctions. I combine shipping.
