Description: Vintage 1929/30 PHILCO model G Speaker. 10". Music tested and sounds beautiful, clear and crisp. Field Coil type, tested withField Coil energized at 50ma. The Field Coil measures 330Ω. It came from a very nice Philco Model 87 deluxe lowboy radio made in late 1929/30 season. It has a built in Philco Output Transformer. The output transformer is a Push-Pull type connecting a pair of type 45 tubes to output VC. Plays fine here, and I expect that it will continue to do so for a long time, but since it is 95 years old, there is no guarantee and it is sold as-is with no return.
