Coming to us from a well cared for home, it is in great condition for its age. Fairly minimal markings, all intact, & no rust. A couple of the furniture pieces have a broken support making them a bit wobbly. Specifically the 2 piece couch, & one of the beds. Please see pictures for visual details.
