Description: Up for grabs is what appears to be a NOS Peter Wright anvil. It reason I claim it to be a new old stock is due to the condition of the top plate. It has an ever so slight hump from both side to side and front to back. This is never the case of a used anvil because of the constant pounding over the years. Most anvils would have a dip on the top surface if they where used. Al of the edges are clean and sharp with no nicks or cracks. I've never seen one this clean in all the time I've been into this craft. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I'd prefer to have it picked up locally. If you're within an hour or so from Detroit, I'd be willing to deliver it but due to the weight, you would need some sort of lifting device on your end to take it out of my vehicle. I doubt you would be able to lift this, even with two people, unless of course, you're professional weight lifters! Thanks for looking in.
