It has been gently used condition and gently wiped down, but may still have some dust /dirt. The top part has a broken star peg. The star is included in the package if you want to repair it. All other pegs are in tact and inserted into the tree slots. I have tested the light switch and it works (see photos). I will not be including a lightbulb. On the base, (which is not visible when the tree is on it), there is a small chip of paint missing. Please see pictures! They include all flaws. I have taken all angles, sides of the tree including the bottom, inside and the colored pegs. The pictures are part of my description and this item is being sold Exactly as shown in the photos.
