Description: Vintage LE Smith Dakota Square Amber Glass Apothecary Jar Canister w Lid Large 11-1/2" *** This amber glass canister has a ground glass stopper . Without the lid, it is about 9-5/8" tall, and is about 11-1/2" tall with the lid; the square jar is about 5" wide and 5" deep. We believe this heavy jar was manufactured in the 60's. This vintage glass piece has some bubbles, as is common in older glass items. In gently used condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches to the jar or the lid. Please examine In used vintage condition: third from final photo depicts one of two small bites in the glaze on the upper rim of the pitcher; 2nd from final photo shows a bump on the back side of the piece; final photo shows the handle with one hairline crack (see final photo).
