This item is a hand painted original work of art watercolor painting. The painting depicts several palm trees on an island in the ocean. This painting is painted on paper. The painting is framed in a painted metal picture frame under glass. The painting is signed by the artist: RPK for Rosalie Kelley (see photos). The painting is painted in an Impressionist style (see photos). The item is from an estate liquidation (see photos). This item in total framed measures about 16+ inches high, and the item is about 20+ inches wide. The painting without the picture frame measures about 9.5 inches high, and it is about 13.5 inches wide. There are shadows and some glare reflecting off of the glass that is visible in the photographs. The picture frame has some scuffs and wear. The painting has been protected under glass with some foxing to the backside of the framed artwork paper (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
