Description: WW II 13 Star Herringbone Twill (HBT) Belted Coveralls First Pattern Coveralls. Size 40 Regular. Original Patches to the coveralls. This Coverall was worn by the USAF. It features a unique design with 13 stars on it. During this time the coveralls were made of high-quality Cotton (Herringbone Cotton) was stronger then regular twill cotton because of the broken weave and was necessary to have such strong fabric during the war.
