Description: Very rare 1967 zippo lighter. Very nice overall condition. Front has the globe on it and reads “Junta Inter Americana De Defensa” and the back reads “Presented by Rear ADM M.U. Moore Director of the staff Inter-American Defense Board”. M.U. Moore (Michael Usis Moore) was a highly decorated ww2 and Vietnam war veteran.
