Marked OWC on a metal hart attached to the hanger. The ornament is in great shape no chips or cracks, no paint loss. He has green mica at the grass at his feet and gold mica on the tip of his ears and all over his hair on his back and sides.. The index card has a tiny bend to the bottom of the left corner, hardly noticable.at the top(see picture # 2).
