Scrapbook has instructions and suggestions for use on interior front and back covers. Interior pages are all blank with no sign they were ever used. All pages (including covers) show yellowing and patina consistent with age. Edges and corners of paper show only light wear with a light crease across the upper right of the front cover. Book measures 11-3/4" top to bottom by 8-3/4" wide by 0-1/8" in depth. Amazing original piece that comes fresh to the market. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
