Single point easy fixing with 20mm fixing bolts for extra strength. Padbar rotates to vertical position when in the unlocked position. Lock hasp is brand new,never used or fitted. May have minor cosmetic or blemishes on the hasp and/or finish. Hasp has weather resistant paint finish. Box has tears, cosmetic issues and shelf / storage wear.
